Nurse Cariline Graduates

The highlight of this year for us was seeing Cariline earn a Bachelors of Science in nursing from Kijabe Nursing School. Her journey to this point has involved a lot of sacrifices, perseverance, and hard work. Carilines's accomplishments have made us very proud. ‍

Cariline is one of the quietest to have spent her childhood at the children’s home. When she took her national exam as a high school senior, form 4, she did well. She had been interested in medicine much of her life, and she chose to pursue this line of schooling after high school graduation. After five years of study and spending many hours volunteering at the hospital in the town of Kijable, she graduated in early December!

‍Now that she is applying for employment, we know that she will always make us proud wherever she goes. After attending her graduation, our board, the widows' group, and other community members joined us for a celebration at CRCA (aka children's home)
